About the Job

Are you looking for a part-time job that you can combine with school or similar? Do you want to learn more about sales? Then you have found the right place! We at UNIQ Dialog are looking for new candidates for our sales department!

The job consists of offering subscription products to customers who already have a connection to the product, but may also include selling services, market research, or appointment booking. You will always represent well-known brands within each segment. The customers contacted have mostly used the product before, which means that the sales are based on an existing relationship with the customer.

In the first few days, we combine theory with practice, and you will learn everything you need to sell to all types of customer bases. Everyone who works here is keen to ensure that you, as a new employee, feel comfortable and receive the support you need to succeed! We provide all the tools you need in the form of training, ongoing coaching, and sales competitions.

You choose your own schedule and also get paid every Friday!

To apply to us, you do not necessarily need previous sales experience - but of course, it is a merit! The most important thing for us is that you, as an applicant, are:

- A master of Swedish in speech and writing

- You enjoy challenges and love the idea that your efforts determine your salary

- You are a bundle of energy, always on the go, and know how to communicate effectively

We contribute the rest!

You book your own schedule with which evenings and weekends you want to work, and you can work as much as you want based on the shifts we offer, but at least 2 shifts a week.

About the Employment

Salary: Commission-based salary with guaranteed salary - paid out every Friday!

Monday 16:45 - 21:00

Tuesday 16:45 - 21:00

Wednesday 16:45 - 21:00

Thursday 16:45 - 21:00

Sunday 12:30 - 16:45

We expect you to work at least 3 shifts a week based on the schedule above, e.g., Monday, Thursday, and Sunday - however, you book and plan your own personal schedule.
